Sarcophaga sp (flesh fly) 10 - 15 mm lay its larvae on food. Matt grey flies with at least traces of 3 longitudinal stripes on the dorsal surface of the thorax. Humans can accidentally swallow eggs or larvae laid on the food such as meat and they just pass through- so do not cause a true intestinal myiasis in humans but may case discomfort including diarrhoea and/or vomiting.
